How to Use
- Add WOWBUTTER to the dough for added nutty taste and nutrition
- Replace up to 1/3 of the regular wheat flour with whole toasted soy flour. For an added texture, use the Whole Gritty Soy Flour that adds some pieces to the mix. Just mix in with your batter. You must monitor the moisture levels of your dough as the soy products may absorb moisture. Since each formulation is different, experimentation will be required.
